Interpretation

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

Definitions

For the purposes of this Privacy Policy:

• Application means the software program provided by the Organization downloaded by You on any Meta Quest, or Meta Quest 2, or other Meta Headsets, named "Quack The Pipes!"
• Organization (referred to as either "the Organization", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to Zgkaos (in the person of Timothy van der Gen).
• Personal Data is any information that relates to an identified or identifiable individual.
• You means the individual accessing or using the Application, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Application, as applicable.

Collecting and Using Your Personal Data

Types and use of Personal Data collected

The Application collects "UserId" and "DisplayName" (Username) using Meta's provided Platform Service APIs.
The Application uses the so collected "UserId" and "DisplayName" (Username) in the following ways:

• It uses "DisplayName (Username)" to show Leaderboards entries, using Meta's provided Leaderboards Platform Service
• It uses "UserId" to retrieve and upload player's Leaderboards to Meta's servers, using Meta's provided Leaderboards Platform Service
• It uses "UserId" to unlock player's Achievements using Meta's provided Achievement Platform Service
• It uses "UserId" to check player's unlocked Achievemments using Meta's provided Achievement Platfotm Service

If you contact our support team, we will collect the email address and any information you provide. This is only used to respond to your inquiry.

How we use the data
We use collected data to:

• Enable platform features (Achievements, Leaderboards), using Meta's Platform API servers
• Provide customer support.

Furthermore:

• The Application makes no other use of the collected data.
• The Application does NOT transmit collected data, other then to previously mentioned Meta's Platform API servers, to enable achievements and leaderboards
• The Application does not store collected data anywhere, not even locally to the device

Third Party Services
Meta: When using our Application on the Meta Quest platform, Meta may collect personal information per their policy

Data Deletion

If you'd like us to delete your personal data, you may request this by sending an email to : info@quackthepipes.com . We will confirm deletion within 30 days of verifying your request.

Children's Privacy

Our Application does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13. If You are a parent or guardian and You are aware that Your child has provided Us with Personal Data, please contact Us.

Links to Other Websites

Our Application may contain links to other websites that are not operated by Us. If You click on a third party link, You will be directed to that third party's site. We strongly advise You to review the Privacy Policy of every site You visit.

We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies or practices of any third party sites or Service(s).

We may update Our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify You of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.
